Is it okay to add new information like i was thinking to read my notes and add ROAMS reading and doing mcq

Please help...

Sir do u have any idea about sure success magic book is it useful

Sir for neet pg syllabus will be of 5 years of mbbs

What is champion live test series ?

Sir sometime I get confused that which notes i will prefer??
As which is more completed?
And this confusion is so distressing, as I never satisfied that i m reading right or not...

Sir I hav completed oly 3 subjects so far sir..
2 major and one minor.. I started little late..
Ll I b able to make it for this neet ??

Sir i have finished 1 reading of most of the subject by now
And currently i m giving 1 st reading of surgery . So by this time i think there should be a revision block in a day apart from reading the left out subjects
But suppose i want to revise pharma alongside surgery i feel i dont remember anything of pharma now as i had read it in the month of march and i have to read it all the way again
Please tell a method to revise the subjects at this point of preparation
Like should i do questions and see explanations from notes in 2 nd revision or give quick 2 nd reading of notes again and then do ques coz this take lots of time and solving ques will again be compromised in order to give more time on reading notes ..
So can you plz emphasize a approach that how should we go about 2nd reading of subjects
Plz reply ..
Thankyou !!

Thank you sir
