In the late 90s there where a lot of illegal raves in Tilburg (south of the Netherlands) where I lived back then ... I remember one evening I was sitting at home and heard a Boom Boom sound from far away entering the room .... I went to the balcony and I knew there was something happening not so far away .. so I put on my white leather pants .. sunglasses on although it was already late in the evening .. there was a warm breeze .. it was mid summer .. I stepped inside my purple mini cooper which I drove at that time .. and followed the Boom Boom  sound  ...  at one moment I saw a group of people on bicycles, they looked like they were heading for a party .. so I followed them with my mini .. at one moment they drove further on a bicycle track into nature .. my mini was so small so I could go where no other car could go .. the Boom Boom sound came closer .. and I found out there was a rave under a viaduct from a part of the freeway what was nomore in use ..  I parked my car in the middle of the 'dancefloor' ...  when I returned to my car  an hour later .. there was a couple kissing on the backseat and one guy in the front was preparing a big joint .. people where dancing around the car ... wow such  a marvelous time .. We called this sound Acid back then .. and Charlottes style reminds me completely of this.

She is the prettiest messy hair looking angel in the hell.

Miss this so fucking hard

This set was the start of my journey into techno. Absolutely insane.

Imagine opening with such a goddamn banger, legend.

One of the greatest openings I've ever seen

This woman is always killing it! I hope one day I get to see her again!

That stage is like a brain, with the people being the neurons and Charlotte being the soul

Charlotte is from another world. omg

One of her best sets ever! The energy is sow felt. Still.

Being there was mind-blowing. I'm glad this was filmed. She's one of the best DJs in the world, definitely one of the best in Techno

these lights man.. absolutely crazy, I love it!!

deep, clear, liquid-slow:

I am in need of music that would flow
Over my fretful, feeling fingertips,
Over my bitter-tainted, trembling lips,
With melody, deep, clear, and liquid-slow.
Oh, for the healing swaying, old and low,
Of some song sung to rest the tired dead,
A song to fall like water on my head,
And over quivering limbs, dream flushed to glow!

There is a magic made by melody:
A spell of rest, and quiet breath, and cool
Heart, that sinks through fading colors deep
To the subaqueous stillness of the sea,
And floats forever in a moon-green pool,
Held in the arms of rhythm and of sleep.

Yep proper set. Dancing alone sober af enjoying every beat. Not too dark, not too boring, perfect for dancing, Charlotte is the real deal 👌

love the crowd screaming in the background from having a blast at the #gashouder #techno #awakenings

What could possibly be so wrong with you to not appreciate the whole presentation let alone the music to dislike this?!?!?
