What is the most emotional/powerful movie you have ever seen? 👇

Great movie. Our GSD passed a year ago. Terrible issue with his hind quarter. Lost strength, and bowel control.  Odin running full speed at the end tore me up. I hope our dog is running like that again. On the other side of the rainbow bridge. He was a great dog.

Yeah this movie was a total tear jerker. The scene where he massage the dog's limb due to soreness wearing the prosthetic was when it first got to me

Folks in the theater were sobbing or teary eyed at the end. Though I knew James would not make it when they got to the open field after the ugly swamp and James barely able to stand, that's when the emotions began to overwhelm me. The the Northern Lights, those Northern Lights, then James barely able to tell Odin to cross the field, the letter, the letter. 😢😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤

I didn't realize that I was crying until i felt the the tears streaming down my face. And not like one or two, i mean like a faucet.

The movie got me i rescued my catahoula leopard dog  when she was 9 months old  and we wrer out about 4 to 5 miles from the  car  I fell and shattered my hip and nobody around we had to hike out she was with me all the way  she made me keep going we got out and I went to the hospital  a month later i got out  .I hugged her so much that was 6 years ago and she is still my angel

Nope dude you are right. Dead on, Brad Pitt is the most underrated actor of my lifetime, I’m 38 😂

I saw it and I loved it. So beautiful and so intense. Loved the letter at the end. Great movie.

Hatchi... ok, I cried when the dog died waiting it out :)

God I totally agree with you I saw this tonight and I physically had to try and calm myself when I was crying in some scenes because it was affecting me so much to near point of sobbing , I wa so pleasantly surprised

When you see an experience the end of the movie and you go out of the theatres and think about how all the points led up to those moments, it makes complete sense and you see the brilliance of it. Even if you can't fathom it, you know deep down this is what the writer meant to have happen

I also was very surprised by this film, and as of now it is my top film of 2026. There are some bigger reviewers on Youtube who are being a lot more negative and I don't get it.

Loved this movie and I loved your review!  You made me cry.. again. 5 stars. ⭐️ one of the best movies I’ve seen in a long time ❤

I am so thankful for finding this video. I have felt so alone and isolated in my thoughts over this movie. I wanted to write that I am going to include spoilers, so those of you who want to see the movie, won't read any further.

I have always been tender hearted, and I have always had a deep connection with animals I don't feel like anyone else has understood. They are just like humans. You can tell by their raising of a paw, or the look in their eyes, their feelings and what they're trying to tell you. Dogs are very smart, and the acting of this dog in this movie is incredible.

When the Northern Lights reflected in Odin's eyes, at the end of the movie, that's when I lost it. I didn't just have tears streaming down my face, I cried. I was embarrassed. I knew at that point James wasn't going to make it, and what a beautiful nature front row seat he had as the Northern Lights streamed across the sky.

When James kept falling but pushing himself to get back up, I just thought he was down for that day and was going to sit down to rest. Even when he told Odin he could make it to the road because he could not, I still didn't get it. I thought the dog would run and get help, and the movie would end with James being life flighted to a hospital.

The next morning, when the dog bellowed in mourning and then took off running after licking James's face, I knew the dog was thinking he had no choice but to do what James told him. James was gone. When the dog looked back from where he ran from, where James's body was, that made me continue to cry. You could tell the dog wanted to go back there.

Death really plays tricks on your mind. James had just died and I'm sure the dog was battling the realism of it. How could the movie let viewers invest in these characters for 2 hours just to let it end the way that it did. Look at everything James and Odin went through. They needed each other. They understood each other. They got each other.

I was very dissatisfied with the girl taking Odin off in the truck because I knew Odin would never recover and always grieve. There's no one who could understand him like James.

It bugged me how they both could make it through combat together, but they couldn't make it through this. I thought of my mother passing away as I watched the end of this movie. It reminded me of how bad you want to change something you have no control over.

Best review I have seen because you feel and think everything I feel and think about this movie! I haven't cried in years until the last 40 minutes of this movie. It broke me in all the best ways ❤

Everyone needs to come out for this movie because it's the ultimate dog movie

I actually do like and trust dogs more then people i can’t wait to watch it

It blew me away, too! I was sobbing because it touched my heart on so many levels!

Indeed it was sooo good 😭

I was having a really bad day before i watched the movie on the same day itself. Oh boy, I felt worse as i was crying quite badly. Brad Pitt is really good in this movie. Best Actor award please.
