War Thunder's Most Balanced MBT...

The XM803 is a 9.0 American MBT and it's incredibly overpowered in the current battle rating.
It's more mobile and armored than any other tank in the BR, with a bit of a weak APFSDS shell.
The combination of all it's features makes it way stronger than anything else at the battle rating range...

Almost spat out my drink when I saw 22 kills in the thumbnail, but turns out it's just Jon in the XM803.

MBT-70 reminds me Abrams, but if it was retro-futuristic.

@salieri_sg9413 1 year ago

it's not the autocannon, it's the 250 horsepower that it's missing
(they both should go up, but only if the shell is fixed)

6:08 you were turning left by reversing, when you're track got taken out your right track kept reversing causing you to turn right.

the xm803 current balancing reminds me of the leo 1 at 7.3. just op.

@jaybabcock9123 1 year ago

got tired of top tier yesterday and built a 9.0 USA lineup with this and immediately started shitting on everyone

@imitradisv 1 year ago

If it’s unfair, it’s not balanced, but rather OP.

Yeah the only weakness is the dart in full uptiers against Russian armor. Lots of non-penning. And that Japan game is typical WT - you rush left, get 8 kills, and lose C behind you because everyone is just bunched around B or huddling behind hills watching A. I am not very good, but you can see map knowledge and an understanding of where most players go is the key to success. And being aggressive (I am generally not).

Man i love your content, keep it up Boss!

If they would just unnerf the fucking shell then they could put it at 9.3 and the kpz/mbt 70 at 9.7 but of course they all just get the A10/Su25 treatment.

For some reason the autocannon's basket armor is modeled, so shooting the driver side will cause you to only kill the driver and nothing else.

This is because your shell will go through, kill the driver, and then ricochet off the dumb internal armor and not do any damage elsewhere. I've bounced 120 and 125mm darts on this turret because of that crap.
