That’s the biggest scam i have ever heard, she deserves that money!

When people lose thousands and indeed some lose millions no one comes to check the machines then.

I Worked at the Desert inn, and was passing by the 3 Mega Bucks Machines; nobody was playing at the time. I am very intuitive and said to myself that the middle machine was going to hit the Jackpot. I walked back to my office in room service, and in about 15 minutes a co worker called to tell me the middle machine hit the 34.9 M. I never knew that she didnt receive the money due to the malfunction; such a sad story.

The way that casinos manipulate those machines to the point where you never have a chance to win makes me sick.

I live in Vegas, and this sucks. I quit going to the casinos altogether since hearing a few of these claims refused. I encourage all Vegas locals to walk away. It's the only way to break the crooks in charge. Especially now with international tourism down. Walk out on them.

I've heard of people getting paid at 10 million on the Megabucks but anything higher they decide it's not worth the payout and they invoke the clause

It’s not the gambler fault if the machine malfunction because she didn’t know that. That casinos problem and the engineers. And if they were controlling who’s going to win with their boards and other fraud component then their braiding people to plays the gambling games. This group of people should be burn in hell and been convicted. Long time ago . So where’s justice. The Supreme Court should look into it? It’s need to be correct and God himself being Karma the Las Vegas Gambling Casinos and all over the world nationwide that people are less coming in. For a thousand years operating it. It’s coming to an end. No honesty and no fair judgement to a big winner. It is a scum and how many good people being ruined in this gambling addiction ? So it’s going to end era. basically this is how we get hosed by everyone from every direction - my cousin won 150000 scratch ticket and then state and fed tax stepped in and he got 106000 - they took 44000 dollars that he had paid for the ticket and won - and me at casino - won a bunch of hand pays and getting charged state tax - and I don't even have any kids in school - ya I got most of it back tax time - but it disgusted me so much that I just stopped going - same with stocks and capital gains - you make money that you have to work with your brain power to win and they step in and say you owe us - so I stopped doing that - and here we are not - house insurance went up 220 a month - car insurance goes up - I have one of my cars away to make a wish just to spite them - no registration no insurance paid out on that - and then the other day I get a not saying property tax is going up 200 - for no good reason except they can do what they want - without lube and yes we live in hell - a prison we have no say in - with some kind of weird insane people running the show.

The Gaming Commissions throughout the United States are legalized Crime Syndicates that need to have the jury's of the citizens regulate these crooks and the 6 word phrase that the payouts are void if the slot machine glitches and the player has no way to verify it. The crooks that take your slot players money,  but don't pay the winner, should have there gaming licenses revoked and go to prison for fraud and stealing money, along with the conspiracy of the RICO act. PAY THE WINNERS THEIR MONEY !!!

I remember this story and I do not remember hearing anything about her being denied payment. I also remember an interview with her long after the fact and she was saying how she would give it all up if she could have her sister and her health back.
