You know your getting older when an episode you remember literally like yesterday becomes the same age you were when it first aired.

Peter "Last thing I wanted to do was hurt you" and so you decided to marry another woman at the same time lol

This was when storylines were well written and exciting.

Fantastic acting all around ... even Chris Gascoyne (Peter), and his facial experssion as soon as he sees them together ... amazing!

Fantastic acting there from Sally Lindsay who played Shelley.

This makes me laugh. The way Kieran says " she's thrown him out and I don't think Lucy is too keen either 😂😂

Peter plunged the Barlow tradition of adultery into brand new depths! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Memories 😊. Remember this whole storyline, afterward my Late Mother would always say everytime he was with another woman, You would think woman would run away!😅

The good old days. Peter was really vile.

All this could have been avoided if Peter hadn't been such a coward and made a real choice between Shelley and Lucy and stuck to it.

He would drive me insane, super confusing

I always say that for Shelly's overall arc, this destroyed her so bad, she was an easy target for Charlie Stubbs.

At 30:35 Peter looks like a kid who got a phone call from his school about being naughty and is getting told off 😅

Peter always was a manipulative SOB glad Shelley finally found a backbone and put him straight.

I didn’t like Lucy that much. She had no sympathy for Shelley. She irritated me with her coldness.

Awesome

24:12 leaving his girlfriend’s sister’s funeral to marry another woman was the hardest thing he ever had to do 😂

Not the same Simon
