those goggle tan lines are the sign of a true swimmer

I can honestly say I have the privilage of once being a member of the Derby Swimming Team,( many yrs ago ) where Adam trains in the UK.  I've heard him say many a time how bad the pool was there.  I think it was slightly worse back when I went which put most of us off going full time.  I would like to think Derby City Council could rebuild and make a brilliant pool in this man's name. He's been the back bone of British swimmers for many yrs breaking records every time he entered the pool and winning medals galore.  I personally hope with all his new training and thoughts Paris 24 will be very fruitful. 💜👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

this type of content gives me reason to find a routine

Ok i gotta say this before this channel gets more traffic. You have a professional athlete that has a lot of knowledge about training, nutrition, mentality and what to do when. A podcast style that shares that knowledge would be immensely helpful for others

Please fill the niche on youtube that shows the professional part of a professional athlete. We see the glamour and the competition on tv, but we dont see the effort behind the scenes. Most Youtube channels dont go deep into that topic, because that would decrease viewership, but i wholeheartedly believe that deep dives into the topics above, in a condensed fashion, would attract a lot of interested and ambitionned athletes

Great video! Love the Thanyapura pool. Good luck at Worlds!

his physique is incredible and looks incredible

I AM VERY PROUD of TEAM GB  and to so many who supported me with MS thank you.Adam Peaty has been kind to me...Team GB  believe extraordinary Adam Peaty.

Amazing stuff, Adam, incredible dedication! Will be cheering for you to make the country proud again, Olympian!

I began seriously swimming a couple years ago and now I regularly swim for my exercise routine.  I started out thinking breaststroke was the easiest stroke and butterfly and backstroke were the hardest. After learning all the strokes and swimming them decently I can definitely agree that breaststroke is the hardest stroke in swimming.  Adam Peaty is the greatest ❤

You're in the light mate! My greatest appreciation. Go for the Olympics 🎉

Good luck bro! Can't wait to watch you race and win again!

Who can remember when Adam first came onto the circuit? Who would have predicted that he would turn into this beast who every other swimmer feared.

Man so happy to see you back in the grind, good luck !!!

Adam I am a big fan from the USA! Former swimmer a very long time ago AAU. Keep up the good work!
