fried banana with ice cream is awesome.

the key is choosing the right banana to fried. Indonesia is blessed with many variety of banana and plantain. some good to eat as it is,some not really good eating as it is, that's why we try various way to process it,make it as cakes or simply just dip it on a flour then fry it. if you try frying a cavendish banana like people commonly found in other countries,it might not taste as good as the one in Indonesia. even though the recipe same, the banana is different

btw, calling Zeta to cook, might end in disaster, call the firefighter and put them on standby at least 💀

"Don't cook yourself anymore" - Uncle Roger, to Zeta

The frying makes the banana taste even sweeter and softer.

Here in SEA fried bananas served with condensed coconut milk/sauce is a top tier street snack haha

i little worried if Zeta who be the chef😅

Different types of banana to fried than regular banana

Called her Zeta senpai but not to kaela which is Zeta genmate 🤣

Fried banana in brown sugar is top tier.

Fried banana + chocolate sprinkles + grated cheese = absolute bliss

Add the condensed milk with it = straight to heaven 😅

pisang goreng colab 😸😽

I use rice paper/lumpia wrap to wrap a slice of banana with jack fruit then fry it. Very soft/gooey inside with outside crunch.

Can add a dip too but jackfruit + banana already really sweet and gooey

As far as I know, not all types of bananas can be fried, only certain varieties are delicious when fried. :)

I can't wait for these cute cats to do a cooking stream!

Bro that fish from spongebob always got me 😂
