I love how much Gomez loves Morticia.  Raul Julia is a romantic, and it was a tragedy he passed so young.

The two Addams Family movies are rare in that they do their television version proud. I love them!

"Uncle Knickknack's winter wardrobe. Uncle Knickknack's summer wardrobe. Uncle Knickknack." 😂

What really clinched my love for this movie was the scene in which Gomez finds Wednesday sleeping in a mausoleum and picks her up to carry her home.  The obvious relief and tenderness on his face as he reaches for her drives home just how deeply this family loves each other.  That one moment of playing it straight pulls everything together for me.  I fell in love with them right then.

Anjelica Huston was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress-Motion Picture Musical or Comedy for her performance as Morticia.

After retiring from The Adams Family,  Uncle Fester relocated to Australia and renamed himself Minty and started a YouTube channel... 😂

BONUS FACT: Charles Addams got inspiration for the character Lurch  from the character Morgan, played by Boris Karloff in the 1932 film The Old Dark House.

Raul Julia beating the little creature while looking through the film reel box will forever make me laugh hysterically. 😂

Loved this movie and its Sequel and watched them all the time growing up in the 90's. Raul Julia will always be my Gomez Addams. RIP

The eye popping out and casually popping it back in is a thing a true Addams would totally do 🤣

Now you must do Street Fighter.  Raul Julia plays bison like it’s a Shakespearean performance

It was good to see a family that were still happily married and committed to each other. Especially in the 90s when most TV and movie families were dysfunctional.

I mean, Angelica & Raul, this movie is perfection. The entire cast is delightful. If the work was long & hard, it most definitely paid off with quirky macabre goodness!!

no matter how many more iterations we get of the Adam's Family, Anjelica Houston and Raul Julia will forever be the definitive Morticia and Gomez

Addams Family Values is one of the most under appreciated movies ever. It isn’t often you see a sequel be better than the original.

Yesss!! Please do Addams Family Values next 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Addams family values is my absolute favorite. I still quote it to this day

The 2 Addams Family movies are probably in my top 20 favorite movies.

Fun Fact:
The Addams Family appeared in a
crossover with The Scooby-Doo Gang
in "Wednesday is Missing", the 3rd
episode for Season 1 in "The New
Scooby-Doo Movies" (1972-1973),
which is sadly still unavailable on home
video in the U.S. due to a rights dispute.

My favorite scene was when Wednesday and pugsley sword fought and sprayed the audience with blood
