Тогда уж в Хургаде, там есть право собственности, не как в Шарме на Синае, который является особой зоной.
Но дело в том что чужое государство может в любой момент издать такой закон что иностранец будет лишён прав или поставлен в такие условия что владение не имеет смысла.
