can we talk about Amy? she’s an amazing young woman. she’s the niece…friend…cheerleader we all need in our lives! Tanya is gorgeous!

When Amy whispered "your beautiful, I promise" I started crying. What a beautiful spirit she has. And the bride needs to work on her negative image. She's beautiful but can't see it.💕

This is definitely my favorite episode. When she said "I made myself like this" I started bawling 😭 She looked beautiful in that dress, but I could relate so much

That gown is stunning on the bride! It’s understated, but not boring.

I don’t know how Jo and Al can look at a person and pick out the perfect dress but they do it every time!  This bride is absolutely stunning in that dress.

Her niece needs to be cloned and multiplied and spread around the world. Everybody needs an Amy in their life! THANK YOU AMY!!!

Jo and Al are so supportive of the ladies, love them to bits.

This is incredibly touching, and I love how the consultants make their brides feel, but these always seem like such personal, intimate moments that it makes me a little uncomfortable that they're put on TV. Having a breakdown and admitting you hate yourself is probably not something you expect to do when you sign up to be on this show, and it feels a little voyeuristic to have access to it. But ey, maybe that's just me. I sincerely hope all the brides who go on the show have a fabulous, affirming experience and reflect on it only with happiness and warmth.

Sometimes we eat to punish ourselves.  Sometimes we do it to hide behind.  It’s a struggle that lot of us have to deal with.

I find it so bizarre to hear people say “That’s my style. That’s right up my street.” When commenting on OTHER PEOPLE’s bridal gown.

I think this is the best dress I've seen on this series. It just looks phenomenal on her!

Going 2 see Jo an Al ,is like going 2 see your doctor . Then you get a clean bill of health. It just makes you will so great. On top of that you are getting married. So lovely!

This Bride's comments  broke Jo!?! Never seen this happen before. Phenomenal episode. 💜

The bride chose a beautiful dress. She looks stunning in it. Best wishes.

Jo and Al always wear understated outfits and overstated jewelry.   I think they need a to also sell jewelry!!

That first dress looks amazing on her, but the second dress takes the cake... she looks gorgeous and I hope she can see it too <3

Sugar is REALLY addictive, it also stops your body knowing when it is full so you keep eating.  Processed food has sugar in it so you buy more, it also has few nutrients so you are nutrient starving!  Big business needs this so you keep buying more food, it is not your fault!  It also makes you depressed so you need to comfort eat.  Been there and got the T-shirt, loads of love to you!

Jo and Al do more than just fit dresses they are therapists.  Love their work 💖

When I bought my dress 4 years ago, I wish I'd had consultants like Jo and Al. My first time dress shopping involved a consultant who clearly didn't want to be there. It didn't help that my mum was pressuring me to wear white and I didn't want to wear white because the shade made me look like a ghost.

When I did eventually buy a dress I didn't tell the consultants that I was looking for my wedding dress. I told them I was a bridesmaid and that the bride wanted her bridesmaids to wear as dark a red as possible but the style was up to each bridesmaid. I even had a patch of material with the colour I wanted. I went on my own because I didn't really expect to find something I liked that day and my friends weren't free  to come with me that day. I ended up buying a burgundy chiffon 'bridesmaids dress' that I absolutely HATED on first sight on the hanger because to me it looked like something my nanna would have worn. Turned out that it was the most comfortable and most flattering of the gowns I tried on. I put that dress on and I felt like me on cloud 9.

Wow, she looks so stunning in that dress! And the dress itself isn't basic and easy to carry!
