"But the fact that Dwayne is in the main event at WrestleMania and I'm not makes me sick!" - Cody Rhodes, 2024

Now Cody & his fans truly know how Punk felt lmfao. Like I said in another comment when this segment hit 10 years old, this promo is a fine wine

2011: Punk was right
2024: Punk is still right

13 years later, the rock is still the main event of wrestlemania 💀

We all know why we're here right now

He was right about Vince, right about Laurinitis, right about Dwayne

If he had started with "Benoit..." they would had cut his mic off immediately.

After all these years
This promo about the rock still stands

Is it me or did this 7 minute promo inspire 4 years worth of storylines?

Edit 2024 - Fair play, this comment did better than expected.

Cena selling that pain for the whole pipebomb 😂

"Maybe, I'll go to All Elite Wrestling. Hi, Cody Rhodes."

- CM Punk

this promo being proven right every single year is what makes CM Punk a top10 all timer

Me in 2011: punk is an idiot
Me in 2019: punk was a genius

CM Punk. The only wrestler who can pop a crowd by just sitting down.

When WWE makes ridiculous decisions, we always come back here.

How can this promo be so accurate after 13 years i dont get it

"Im breaking the 4th wall!" and waves into the camera 😂

"Hey Colt Cabana, how you're doing?"

The only line that hasn't aged well. LOL

CM Punk in 2011: 100% Right

CM Punk in 2019: Still 100% Right
