If hollywood hates you, you are doing something right

"Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right" - Ricky Gervais

Everyone is offended and shocked and bla bla bla..... I dont hear anyone calling him a liar!

Ricky Gervais didn't expose hollywood for what they are. He had the balls to tell them what they are to their faces.

He calls out the snobbery and hypocrisy from these rich jerks. And they hate him for it.

"i know hes your friend"
people: nervously laughing

The very fact he is disliked massively by Hollywood is enough for me to like him !

“Offense is not given its taken” Ricky Gervais

I think the reason why Ricky Gervais and George Carlin were so successful is because they were normal people before they were famous. Grew up middle class, lived paycheck to paycheck, they get real life. The celebrities they make fun of have to pretend they know what it is like to be us but they really have no idea.

The Jeffrey joke was brutal. Man is a worldwide treasure.

I love how Gervais kept saying, "I don't care." It made his monologue even more hilarious. He doesn't sit there and spew nonsense. You can always tell who is guilty of something by the way they react to the truth. It hurts their ego.
He's a stand-up guy. He shows that he is humble and honest, which people admire.

The best way to cancel Hollywood is refusing to pay to see any of their idiotic, modern-day films.

James Corden has never said anything funny

As I've gotten older, I've realized that we just can't look up to anyone.  Everyone is so two-faced.

“I like a drink as much as the next man. Unless the next man is Mel Gibson” 😂

Tom Hanks looks personally called out……..

The only one visibly laughing at the Golden Globes speech was Adam Driver who used to be a grunt...

I do love how him and jane have been together since living in a one bedroom flat, fame didnt ruin what they have.

South park and Gervais are the last 2 things out there that can't be cancelled!
