Senior Exercise Instructor/Judo Therapist
After providing functional training for seniors at a day care center, he became skeptical of nursing care services and went independent.
To reduce the number of people requiring nursing care, he went freelance and provides community-based preventative exercise classes, on-site massage, and rehabilitation services.
I've provided exercise instruction to over 500 seniors and am currently sharing what I've learned.

今日は地域の看護学生３名が実習と言って入って来ました。ついでに役所の上の方と担当付き添いで視察に来られ抜き打ち？されてドキドキでした😑
