Jennifer Montroy thought she had found the man of her dreams when she married Joe Beck. However, what seemed like the beginning of a perfect marriage turned into a nightmare. An out-of-state trip uncovered the mysterious disappearance of a young, four-months-pregnant mother. When authorities traced her vehicle to a nightclub parking lot, the scent emanating from the back revealed the tragic end of a story tinged with love, jealousy, and relentless violence.

As detectives began to piece together the puzzle, inconsistencies in testimonies, strange details about missing jewelry, and a key phone call pointed to the least likely suspect. The fight for justice pits a grieving family against the evasive tactics of a cold mind that tried to vanish into thin air.
