We also look at why the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement between Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan rattled them so badly.
Then we break down their arsenal: the Palestine-2 hypersonic missile, Toufan, Quds-3 cruise missile and Samad-3 kamikaze drones. We measure each one against the 2,200–2,400 km distance to Turkey. Where is the real risk? Turkish bases in Somalia and Qatar, al-Shabaab, or the Bab el-Mandeb Strait?
