We just let Martin get away with being an jackass because he's adorable

On the one hand we have Benedict who's so big and kind and polite and adorable. And then there's Martin. A man made out of rage, sarcasm and swear words.

What is his obsession with putting people in boxes😂😂😂😂

Martin has really sharp wit and a ruthless sense of humour. Just when you think he's cute as a button, with those twinkly eyes and smaller frame he'll stun you into silence with some saucy words. I love him for it <3

"Benedict Cumberbatch is playing Smaug--"
"Who?"

LOL

What an incredibly smart, witty, and cute man. I absolutely adore him and his swearing. (Although he'd probably kill me if I called him cute.)

fun game:
every time Martin swears, do a shot

"I don't go out an awful lot." "What do you do?" "I stay in."
hahahaha xD
This is going to be my reply from now on xD xD

"The Japanese aren't that mean."
"Tell that to my uncle."
I've just spewed my drink. There's water everywhere.

He is definitely the main reason for watching "Sherlock"!

No wonder he's a hedgehog. So adorable looking and yet so prickly (aka sassy) xD

"Yeah, alright. Fuck off, I'm acting." LOL at 1:25

I love how Martin is like an evil hobbit in real life.

Martin: when in doubt, look angry and swear.

I almost pissed myself from laughing at his reaction to Downton Abbey winning

It's an interviewers job to get celebs out of their comfort zone, that way, there is more of a chance of them blurting out what they really think and feel. But it's impossible to do that with Martin! Too much sarcasm and too much sass!

he is made of pure rage I fucking swear

Martin Freeman: Anatomy consists of kittens, jam, rage, sarcasm and sass with a face that resembles a woodland creature

"If you think I'm in that motherfucker's shadow---"

Next clip: "I always wondered if it was possible to quantify who is the better actor and now I realise- it is and it's me." 😂😂 go on Martin

"Fuck you, I won a BAFTA." Pure gold.
11:26 I'm fucKING DYING. "Torture."
