On this expedition, we had the privilege of visiting the Sacambu Community, located at the mouth of the Juruá River within the municipality of Fonte Boa, in the Middle Solimões region of Amazonas.
We were warmly welcomed by the residents and had the opportunity to explore the Amazon rainforest, hike trails, discover the region's flora and fauna, and document a bit of the daily life of this riverside community, surrounded by lush nature.
A special thank you to **Alcineia**, who welcomed us into her home with great warmth and generosity throughout our stay in the community. Her hospitality was essential in making this expedition a success.
We also thank **Riquelme**, our guide and woodsman, who shared his knowledge of the forest and safely led us along Amazonian trails, making this experience even richer.
