Turin or Torino...No matter what you call it - it is a city of grand piazzas, palaces, parks, porticoes, cars, castles, coffee, chocolate, museums, markets, vermouth and more. And we did our best to see it all. We visited the Cinema Museum, National Car Museum, the former Fiat test track, the Royal Palaces, the Porta Palazzo market, the Parco Valentino, Monte dei Cappuccini, and some elegant cafes. Of course, we ate delicious food, drank vermouth and tried the chocolate. This was our first visit to this elegant city. And 4 days was not enough. No, we didn’t see it all but we did our best!

Scenic elevator to the top of the Mole is cool, but the views are even better that from Superga.
Please tell me you covered up if you went into Santa Maria at Monte Cappuccini.
Torino, like many other places in Italia is deceptive. You can spend weeks, or even months exploring what feels like every nook and cranny, only to realise you've scraped the surface.
Even though it has a military structure, it isn't cold or lifeless. I spent 6 months there and the entire Piemonte stole my heart.
Palazzo Madama was also one of the four Roman gates of the city
Two suggestions for those who want to visit the city and find themselves in Piazza Castello... 1) the bar of the Royal Palace, it is free and, with its display of silver plates and dishes, quite impressive 2) Right next to the entrance to the royal palace square is the church of san lorenzo, it is really beautiful
At minute 26.30 you can see the monumental facade of the museum of the Risorgimento, the first Italian parliament and whoever visits it will be able to see the incredible chamber of deputies exactly as it was in 1865 when the capital was moved to Florence (the senate chamber was completed after the change of location of the capital)
NICE VIDEO... CONGRATULATIONS!!! Obviously given the amount of beautiful places to visit, as a Turin native I could easily create a tourist itinerary for you lasting a couple of weeks... but you really made a nice video.
