I want to think this and serverblight are from universes where Valve fucked it up with dark magic while making Team Fortress 2 so there's a chance players end up in cyberhell just for playing the game.

Theory: The Scout with the black ushanka hat is the same Scout who appeared in episode 2 and clearly showed signs between a Forsaken and a Nullskin such as repeating the same actions and staring for too long, but no one bothered to ask him if he knew the names of the mercs who found him, also, in Episode 3 we can see that Scout (Ryan) never wore a black ushanka or a hat at all, this means that the Scout (Ryan) who survived is not the actual Ryan but a Forsaken/Nullskin disguising as Ryan since Ryans Scout loadout never wore a hat and died

3:56 They are in the same red team and cannot attack each or Blue team can't attack for some reason, It is clearly seen that the rocket passed through the body as if there was no hit box.
