Did your dad ever say “I don’t want a pet” and then become their best friend?

A man that can change his mind and admit his error is a REAL man.

When a cat decides to come to live with you, you will realise what you have been missing 😻

How can anyone not want a cat in their household? 🤷🐈

My dad didn't care for cats but tolerated them because i loved cats. I went to college and came home for Thanksgiving. My dad had gotten his own cat. 😂

I've always considered myself a dog person & up until 2017 pretty much always had one. I had cats on & off throughout my 71 years, but in 2020, a stray kitten showed up & we kept him. Then, a year later, a year old female, & then in 2024, another kitten (female). So now we have 3 cats because I wasn't going to take them to kitty jail!! Hey, it's all I can do not to feed the 2 little deer that show up in our backyard almost every night! I'm a sap & I accept that!😂

These clips tell us that cats and our pets have been a person's sixth sense all along.

I have 2 dogs and Love them. I have 3 cats and Love them.

I grew up with both. Dogs seem to be loyal to humans, even to people who treat them badly. Dogs are extremely special and I believe they can teach us to be better humans. Cats seem aloof, but mine have always been sweet, grateful, and very affectionate. There is something about a bond with a cat, you just can’t imagine until you have a cat.

When I get too old to have and care for a large animal, I will no doubt have only cats. But until then I will continue to have and love both cats and dogs 💕🩷
