"Record Rooms" is the only reason I stay on YouTube. So cool to see these amazing record collectors. I'm with you, I learn every episode - Thanks so much Patrick!

I think that's the best episode yet, Martin a vraiment l'air smath. The RPM's record he released is fantastic!

Nice to get a little mention during the tour through the boxes. Thank you Martin.
Loved this episode.

Choosing the second Records LP as the greatest power pop lp was an absolute Power Pop Pop-Pop move, respect

I wonder if push the button and run by melinite would be in that collection.. very obscure Canadian power pop 1983-84 great stuff as always

Hit the Jackpot is so good holy shit

Martin rules and has turned me on to a bunch of fantastic records over the years. Another fantastic episode Patrick.

My first time viewing your channel.  I've subscribed  as acresult of seeing Martin's collection. I, at 67, still love Redd Kross and The Records and many more, but not to his level. Well presented sir! ...and thanks.

Great interview he showed fantastic music.

23:12 there's FOUR words in Power Pop: Telephone, Radio, Magic and.... TONIGHT!

a power pop gamble

he is right about crashes and its not even close

Great video, he is 100% right about the Records. The second LP is stronger as a whole and way better than the Shoes. Such a killer collection.

Another great episode! 🎉

Yeeeaaahhh boy, Firestarter whips so hard. Copped the LP reissues off Secret Mission a few years ago, i hope my old neighbors loved listening to them as much as i did!

Also the main dude from The Lotus was Sam Hui, who became a huge actor/cantopop artist in the 70s/mid 80s. He did a very, very hokey cover of Don't Be Cruel in the early 80s 😂

Hi Patrick, This might be my favorite episode so far of what has become one of my favorite channels on You Tube.  Thanks for all your work in doing these interviews and look forward to hopefully many more!   Cheers!   Matt

That Spliffs song really reminds me of Material Issue from Chicago(Jim Ellison, RIP).

Patrick:
I love that you say "I don't know anything" even though you know a ton. I feel the same way when I watch these episodes. This series is so very cool.

Lol at telephone / radio / magic.
