Welcome back, everyone!

In today’s video, you’ll follow me through a typical Wednesday in the canteen. We start the day with a steady breakfast service, then I head out to collect the deliveries before diving straight back into the breakfast rush. Later, the kitchen shifts gears as we prepare for a busy burger bar service, with smash burgers, sides, and plenty of orders flying out.

This video captures the POV kitchen experience from morning prep to lunchtime hustle — a behind-the-scenes look at the rhythm of a real working canteen.
