Y'know I always find it funny how people accuse postmodern philosophy of contradictory things. Like methodological individualists will tend to claim that pomo is just rebranded Marxism and a lot of Marxists will call pomo bourgeois individualism.

Will you be exploring the late capitalism of the anime industry, especially the kawaii and moe phenomenon? There's a lot to explore such as the overworked, underpaid animators and the fact that the animation is outsourced to other countries.

I'm studying political science in Korea. Those concepts as identity politics, post modernism has been misunderstood and then profaned too much even here. Actually academic fields(especially ours) had made less 'correction' against this situation. I also think that the concept of essentialism is the first stage to start studying postmodern ideas or arguments. Thanks for good video!

Little culinary correction: Polish soup "barszcz" ("borschtsch" or "borscht", actually coming from Ukraine) is served warm. The pink, cold soup shown here as an example is "chłodnik litewski" (Lithuanian cold soup, "šaltibarščiai" in Lithuanian). It is but a variant of borscht, but does not equal to a regular borscht :)

I like how this video manages to use postmodern thought as a means of critiquing both Peterson AND identity politics. Most arguments have more than two sides, and this vid illustrates that fact quite well.

Culinary misinformation. The picture you showed is of Lithuanian variety of borcht called Šaltibarščiai. In Polish this soup is known as chłodnik litewski, or svekol'nik in Russian. The real borcht is hot and red and certainly not exclusive to Poland! I did not expect this level of blatant misinformation from this channel! Unsubscribed!

Thanks. I really wonder what Jordan Peterson would say if he saw all your videos. Anyway, I’m glad what your channel has accomplished though. YouTube really needed someone to articulate what postmodernism actually is lol.
