▼Video Summary
"Human nature is revealed only when the limits of desire are removed."
Author Shimako Iwai, culture monster Reiko Yuyama, and Nikunokoji Nikuyo. Three "wild beasts" who have experienced both the sweet and bitter sides of life thoroughly dissect the "erotic and frightening money stories" lurking in the distortions of modern society! What stands before us now is not simply financial hardship or economic recession. It is the fundamental fear of loneliness—the fear of being "unneeded by everyone."

"Even if I earn more than my husband, I'll never have peace of mind."

"If I stop sending money, my place in the world will disappear."

Secret savings sought in the anonymous economy, unrequited devotion—these may seem like inexplicable dependencies at first glance. However, what these three unravel is the desperate and distorted "survival strategy" hidden beneath the surface. From the horrific obsessive love affair that shook the Taisho era to the bitter inheritance disputes of today, the structure of control where perpetrator and victim are reversed is directly connected to our current loneliness.

When we reinterpret the self-sacrifice of "devotion" as "paying" by our own will,

how does the landscape of despair change? This is the abyss of the "money labyrinth"!
