I usually don’t care for textured paintings or brush marks, however, (only your work)…. thus for… has been able to change my mind. …
(Which is a compliment)…….😇.

I hadn't heard of quince and didn't realise what they were until around half way through the painting, pears they're pears 😁 another great painting bud I will deffo try this 👍

I've only been painting for a few years and my first love is landscape painting. However, I was enthralled by this still life lesson. As a "well seasoned" person I have some difficulty with details due to my hands shaking, but this video has inspired me to try a still life. Thank you so much for your videos.

Very clever! I love the contrast the box and the light creates. I appreciate you explaining to us as you go along...such a wonderful process. I haven't been on my computer for a while and it was a joy to log on and find an email from you regarding this painting. It looks like an "Old Masters" painting...but you created a "New Masters" painting. Well done!!! Your artwork is inspiring. As always...absolutely beautiful!!!

This was wonderful to watch. Still life is my favorite genre. Been following you for some time as I attempt to improve my landscape seascape. But my heart is chiaroscuro still life. And Master Choice series 272-279 my favorite brushes. Thank you for all you do. If you have more still life in your catalog I’d love to see them ❤🎉

I was just starting to set up as still life at my grandmother's house in italy to work on my college portfolio, and seeing this video come out when it did really inspired me to go for that classic still life set up! Thanks, and great video as per usual!
