I came to atlantis based off these videos. My experience: pros: very nice and beautiful water and beaches, facilities are mostly nice and gigsntic place to walk around and see stuff. decent to pretty good food, but not alot of variety. Cons:  OVERPRICED, RUDE STAFF, FACILITIES NOT MAINTAINED. This is the most expensive bougie place in nassau, right? Outside of the resort, nothing really to do and taxis arent as easy to come by like in mexico for instance and no Uber, at least when I was there. Idk if its Bahamian culture but not very welcoming and kind of cold. First day, room only had 1/4 of a roll of tp, coffee machine broke, 2 lights needed replacement. 2nd day, elevators went out, and god forbid you ask the staff to use their elevator. I luckily was kn 2nd floor so no biggie with the stairs. 3rd day, electric went out for hours, very common here, but no protocols for anything. No flood lights, no one coming to let us know or update us, nothing. Complete darkness. Had to take taxi to fish fry off the resort, terrible experience in its self. Food took over 1.5 hrs and again, very rude and they messed up our orders. 4th day, went to pool and they had no towels for anyone. From 9 AM til after 12, no towels. Bathroom near pools one toilet was clogged, both air dryers were broke and paper dispensers had no napkins. Nothing to dry your hands. And all this time, most staff has immense attitude and look like your bothering them for simply asking a question. One example, I was trying to return a towel to a bin, 2 staff women were there literally sitting there on it. I walked up and the one looked at me with a towel in my hand and proceeded to keep talking. Then I said excuse me and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and slowly stood up and I said thank you and she completely ignored me. I paid thousands of dollars to stay here and by the 3rd day I wanted to leave because the staff and the experience was rubbing me the wrong way. Also, NO CASH ACCEPTED so foreign fees out the ass. I bought my self atlantis gift cards and put them on my account so I could skip the fees. Never coming back here. Tourist trap. Cancun or Mexico is better
