Colleagues, we present to you a video lecture, "Polarities – What They Are and How to Work with Them from a Gestalt Therapy Perspective."

As therapists, we encounter various opposing ideas, such as: "I always choose myself first" / "Others are most important to me"; "Rest and self-discovery are my path" / "Work is the only thing that makes a person human"; "I'm evil" / "I'm kind"; "The world is beautiful" / "The world is cruel," etc.

Our clients sometimes try to choose the "right" side or become hostage to a frozen, rigid role, thereby losing their adaptability.

In our video lecture, we will explore our polarities and try to discover these "frozen" forms. A demonstration session will be held, where you will see techniques for working with polarities.

Dear colleagues, we invite you to participate in the Gestalt Therapy professional development program.
