Leaked correspondence obtained by Politico contains a remarkable accusation from inside Rosatom, Putin's state nuclear corporation. A manager accused the president of lying about overseas construction projects, citing missed deadlines in Turkey, Egypt and Bangladesh. Internal documents also describe contractor disputes and potential cost increases in Hungary. Rosatom disputes the documents' current relevance. The manager's most damaging allegation was that dishonesty extended throughout the corporation's chain of command.
