The outstanding Performance Coin was "Awarded to players who completed an Elusive Target with a Silent Assassin ranking upon the release of the Game of the Year edition of the game."
So The Outstanding Service Coin might be completing an entire campaign with a silent assassin rating on each mission. 🤷

Or... lets dive deeper. The Hitman 3 Game of the Year edition was released on January 20th so the only chance of getting it would have been to do something silent assassin related at that date. lol No that can't be it.

@ the guy who’s eyes hurt from looking a screen all day, 100% needs glasses. Either prescription or blue light.

I fucked up my eyes with binging the sims 4 and my prescribed glasses definitely helped with looking at screen for large swaths of time.

Hey I don’t if someone gave you an asnwer but the 2 guards at the other door on the other side of the map will have a key card and you can go through that door
