Living in a condominium with a farm and having fresh food produced close to home. This is the proposal of The Grow, the community I visited with Carol in the Orlando area, in the United States.

In this América Sem Enrolação video, we show the concept of agrihood: a residential community that integrates agriculture, housing and leisure areas. We visited the first garden and talked about the farm planned in the project, the food delivery options and the lifestyle that the development intends to offer.

We also went inside a model home to show the different spaces and understand what's included in the price, which finishes cost extra, and what property options were presented during the visit.
