The guy is a very strong but not very clever man. He needs someone to direct him where and how his power should be spent. His wife decides, its not for anything if it risks his life.

Great drama. So many characters are portrayed well. We learn about life watching it ❤

Historical military leaders traditionally commanded from the front lines while modern operations are largely directed from centralized headquarters, shifting leadership away from direct combat. We've seen that modern organizational and military leaders frequently manage operations remotely, insulated from the direct conflicts faced by their subordinates.

Great drama! Inspiring stories too!

Fan was a Weak woman in my opinion.  ManMan was intelligent, strategic, strong willed and Loving.  Even Wei Shoa said that “NO ONE could have handled their marriage better than ManMan”.  He was correct.

ManMan in the first year of marriage had to endure the coldness of her husband, the screaming mother in law many antics, the screaming cousin who was in love with her, getting thrown out and left in the rain for days, etc.  All these things happened within a year.

ManMan withstood everything with grace and dignity.

Fan couldn’t even stand up to her father regarding her husband.  Her being captured could have been avoided and the fight between Wei Shoa and her husband wouldn’t have been needed.  She was a very Weak woman and she was extremely Selfish.  Even her jumping to her death was a Weak move.  I don’t like her character at all.

At the end her cousin died for her or else WeiShao would die thru the duel between Bizhi and WeiShao
