Literally just sat my son down to let him know money is tight but we can still have fun for free. I open YouTube and it’s Dr. Nina generously serving the tea while it’s still hot ❤
Love me some Dr Nina gworrrrl, am obsessed with ur videos😂 u be calling us out in them videos and am loving it, saving lives and coins at the same darn time. Love u sis ❤
I’m working towards as you say, “unnecessary maintenance”! I have enough stuff I must commit too! Great points, thank you! 😊
1. Learning to rewire my nerves system - I have been doing practices I have looked online for information
2. Learning to handle my emotions - CBT & DBT habit's I have learnt from therapy and also read books though netgalley (where you get free books before release and give a honest review).
3. In self Compassion Therapy - to learn self love and myself more
4. Learning to save money
5. Paying old debts to raise my credit rating
6. Learning to get use to peace - because all my life I have lived in chaos so to me It still feels weird.
I am learning to start living again, because for decades I existed but wasn't living because of fear and also not thinking i was worth it, at the moment though I am doing small things like twice a month a solo date, but during that time I will go to the park with a blanket and a fold out small laptop table and read a book with my lunch and drink, or go library and sit in there reading a book, working on my laptop and going for a lunch, take a walk down the lake and go for a pub lunch, occasionally will go to the pub just for one drink and be around others... all these little things give me joy and happiness which I didn't do previously
