First Beginner's guide I ever made for the channel, I hope this helps new players getting into the game! Thankfully GBVS is one of the easiest fighting games to get into.

A couple notes on the video:
If you are down to 1 bravery point - you take 20% more damage, and if 0 Bravery points, you take 50% more damage.  Forgot to cover this in the video
Also technical inputs can matter mid combo, as long as you aren't canceling from a normal, then you still get the damage buff.

The GBVS Rising content has begun

After Tekken 8 season 3 dropped, I decided to look elsewhere so here I am!

One thing I think you forgot to mention is that you can do Ultimate versions of special moves while they are on cooldown but with a 50% damage cut

I see that Gran is unlocked by default, but how do I play as Blue

As someone who immediately took a liking to Zooey, the multiple examples are dearly appreciated.

I missed the GBVS boat by a few months when I got into fighting games in early 2020, so I'm really glad Granblue and I get to have a second chance (in much better conditions this time). I'm looking forward  to labbing Nier and Cag setups.

After playing guilty gear strive for months(first fighting game I've actually been committed too), I went into this game with the same mindset and got my shit rocked, this guide helps a lot now time to get my ones back💪😤

Some people forget that you can restore points via supers.

Frustrating games can’t have great videos like this IN game. Like the old blazblue CT tutorial vids. Those were absolutely incredible. Instead of thumbing through a big glossary

I recently started playing a bunch of 2D fighters at once, because I needed a break from Tekken and always wanted to learn anime fighters, so I got Granblue, GGS, SF6 and 2XKO and went ham. And out of all of them, Granblue is definitly the one that spoke most to me and felt the most natural to pick up and learn!

I was labbing with the abilities and supers pertaining to technical vs simple controls. There isn't any noticable different concerning damage output when used in combos. The only time I think the 10% damage buff happens when using technical vs simple controls is during the first hit of the combo. So if you DP with the technical controls you get that 10% extra damage. But if you use technical controls after a L,M or H attack -- even if its on counter -- it does the same damage as simple controls. Just like you stated in your video, not using the skill button gives you a handicap.
