im pretty sure jevil specifically targets ralsei and thats why he goes down so often

With his meager HP, Ralsei is usually the first to be defeated — poor fluffy prince.

8:02 its not random: the choco diamond heals 80 to kris 20 to susie and 50 to ralsei.
The hearts donut heals 20 to kris 80 to susie and 50 to ralsei

WHAT DO YOU TWO THINK

"LET'S MAKE THE DEVILSKNIFE"
"The what? I didn't have time to read that."
"DON’T WORRY I'LL SHOW YOU"

My frist time fight jevil i feel stressed too, because I'm really often die and fail to defeat it. But after so many practice to read his attack pattern, i finally defeat it

Im still at the begginig but a tip just in case

The game do keeps track who you talk to and who not, so if you saved after the secret boss without talking with the whole town again the next chapter will behave like you never talked with anyone. Its a common mistake a lot of playtroughts commit here on youtube so I just wanted to give you the heads up before you start chapter 2

Again, loving your content man!

So as others have mentioned, for future secret bosses there are points of no return so I’d suggest trying to find a spoiler free guide to them so you don’t miss anything

Knight feeling that chaos, chaos? Hell yeah. I'm so hyped for the next episode!!

I really gotta comment more often, this is by far my favorite undertale/deltarune playthrough ever. It's so refreshing to have a blind let's player engage with the story and characters so meaningfully. Keep at it my dude 🙏 very excited for future episodes!

If you check Jevil, it says "There is no strategy to defeat the enemy. Good luck." I've played this game a lot doing many runs and I still think Jevil is one of the hardest bosses so far. I would put him second place as the hardest secret boss and the reason is mainly due to the attacks being very random + the Devilsknife attack, it is tricky to avoid and deals a lot of damage, not to mention we don't have many good armor in chapter one. Glad you went back to fight him and despite the stress you did great, man!

The determination of this guy. I would’ve cried

Damn so soon after the last vid? We getting fed fr...

Vids are so great, can't wait for Chapter 2 lol

jevil is probably the 2nd hardest fight in all of deltarune rn (i do think the fight is much easier with violence than trying to spare him)

also the "healing varies" on the bake sale items are slightly misleading, it's not rng like the dog salad from undertale, it heals a different amount to different chars based on how much they like it
- kris heals a lot from the choco diamond bc they love chocolate (remember what sans said about toriel having to keep the chocolate in her locked room so kris doesnt eat it all) while susie doesnt like the choco diamond bc it's so small
- susie heals a lot from the hearts donut bc she shared it with lancer before and likes how the filling reminds her of blood, while kris doesn't like it for some reason. it's interesting that kris wouldnt like a red heart-themed food item
- ralsei heals an average amount from both bc everything's a new experience for him so he doesnt have these preconcieved expectations

IN FIVE! I look forward to the next chapter, and with it the next secret boss. DESTRUCTION AND FRIENDSHIP

Hey a quick tip, you should probably go back to the cake guy and talk to him while having top cake equipped in inventory ;)

Haha! Just got outta school. Got a headache but it's worth it to watch this

Brother I literally finished last episode 20 minutes ago chill

I'll be forced to watch it rn!

LETS GOOOOOO I KNEW YOU COULD DO IT IN 5

iˇm so looking forward to Knight meeting Tenna, such a great character
