This was more embarrassing than losing in 6 moves

xQc really made something out of nothing here, he maximized the things he could control and minimized the things he can't control.
Some might argue that he was talking to his thingy, but I believe he's a true People observer at heart. Charlie got brainsnapped by the power of juice

Common lil' bro L.

talking fundamentals and morals with xqc ep. 327 king of double standards is back

ngl I still have to agree with xqc till we actually get proof that these actors are being underpaid, because as it is right now it just seems like instead of getting some other work on top of this, they're trying to get easy increase in salary from dahrman because of how well the channel has been doing. You can make the arguement that it's wrong to just get someone else to replace them, but there are people who would agree to current pay because they're starting out and just trying to get exposure. You can compare this to minimum wage jobs where if someone wants increase in their wage you have plenty of people who will happily take their position for the original rate. And there is no obligation to them hearing these actors out, they could just say its non-negotiable and get someone else...which is what they're saying by firing these actors and hiring new ones lmao

I feel like he has a point but hes also missing 20 others

This guy really knows how to be out of touch. True people observer here. PepeNPC

Yeah xqc is using his brain and need more evidence but I do believe the actres but I don't judge no one until more evidence

It is interesting how XQC can talk about people getting paid too much for what they do when he is the literal epitome of someone who is overpaid.

lil bro arguing with a vod lol not even live

As someone who works a normal job I agree with XQC. my job can be done by 100 people, im decent at my job but I could be replaced with a little bit of looking. if I turn around to my boss and say I want to be paid $50 an hour or im quitting because I should be getting more money based on the work that I have brought in. they will just say "nah we are good if you want to quit go ahead thanks for all your work" they will hire someone else for min wage and replace me. I think this is fine, you should try to have a role or job that cant easily replace you and if you do you shouldnt expect them not to when you are asking for insane pay rates...... for a job that can be done from someone asking for nothing.

not being able to talk to the boss would be shit but I know how the conversation would go down anyway so what is the point of that. if I agree to work a job at $20 dollars an hours 4 hours a week and then 1 year later the job blows up and im doing the same job and I had little to do with the growth then I should be paid the same or I can chose to move on with this experience and get anopther job with a higher rate of pay based on my work.

also the working 5 jobs thing is not the worst thing in the world......... its not about how many hours you work, its not about what your hourly rate it and its not about how many jobs you work its all of it combined, if you work 5 jobs 2 hours a piece 5 JOBS DOESNT MATTER YOU WORK 10 HOURS.... if you work 1 job and work 60 hours THATS WAY WORSE. if you work 50 hours but at $1 an hour thats shit, if you work 10 hours and at $1000 an hour thats good. so its everything combined. if they work 4 hours at dharr man, they can go get another 3 acting jobs and get 16 hours a week WHICH IS NOTHING, thats LESS THEN half a full time job at ONE PLACE.
