And initiating hurtful comments/behavior when it is unprovoked, to the naked eye. Obviously something inside of them triggered it, but often times this is their own private tea party. You are almost incidental. This is a knee-jerk response, their way of maintaining their own shaky equilibrium by trying to feel superior or dominant over you.

Could you please maybe make a video about the narcissist’s reaction to death of their family member/spouse/friend? It seems like they don’t care at all but what then happens with an introject? Is there any kind of conflict?

I think you have raised a very provocative topic, especially sadism vs. cruelty. I think sadists in this realm are initiating hurtful or disrespectful comments or behavior because they can’t control their impulse to do so. It’s a part of their nature. Your thoughts, if I am I interpreting them correctly, that cruelty is reactive also seems to  ring true. I think all people with narcissistic patterns of behavior are also all cold and cruel. It comes out in key moments with all people like this I think.
