Thank you for this review. I absolutely love the M2 and the shooting experience.  KEKS has a very good M-meter that attaches and syncs up with the shutter speed dial as well.

you need to cut the film on an M2/3 regardless...sometimes it might be fine but not worth it..just cut it, its simple. I just pre cut mine before going out. I'm a Nikon S mount shooter also, love my S2...I think it's the best looking camera ever. I also use a black paint Leica ii. You get used to loading it...I actually find it easier than my m4 which often doesn't catch the film. The Leica barnacks are tiny, and the BP Leica ii is still a deal, for now. Use a LTM Nikkor 5cm 1.4/2 on it. Love that combo
