10 Things ONLY Real Sigma Males Will Relate To
You've been misread your whole life.
Not because you're complicated. Not because you're broken. But because the way you think, the way you feel, the way you move through the world, it doesn't fit the mold people expect.
And most of them never slow down long enough to actually see what's there. So they fill in the gaps with whatever makes sense to them. Cold. Distant. Difficult. Maybe even arrogant. None of it is true.
That's the sigma experience in a nutshell — not the polished version people post about online, but the actual day-to-day reality of it. And you've learned that correcting people takes more energy than it's worth. So you let them think what they want, and you keep going.
Here are the 10 things that actually define that experience. Not the myth, the real thing.

At church this is going on, and has been going on a long time, but has some breaks from its pattern every once in a while. At the front of the church, there is a large number of glass doors, maybe a dozen. At the side where I come in, there are only two side-by-side. Typically, you'd think of one as exit and one as enter, but neither are labeled. Lots of times when I'm leaving I get held up by a crowd of people because they will open one of the doors, but not both. It makes sense that you allow people entering there to come in as well, but the problem is we can see for a long distance everybody that may be approaching the door, and at that time we almost never get anybody coming in, yet they will still not use the other door. I regularly come up to that and go out of my way a bit to bust open the other door. Unbelievably, I've seen a wall of people line up sideways against the unlocked closed door, and not even push on it enough to see if it will open. I feel I'm looking at lemmings.
Here's a clincher question. Suppose you're in a theater that has a double door fire exit and there's a fire. If you're not the first to get there, and there's enough room, would you leave the other door closed?
