Itachi put him in tsukoyomi and showed him massacring everyone......then did it again. Imagine reliving that for what would feel like an eternity, of course Sasuke was messed up in the head

3:52 If you feel stupid, just remember that Kurenai tried to place a Genjutsu master like Itachi under a Genjutsu.

It's funny that Kisame doesn't say much when Itachi says even two of them would die against a Legendary Sannin...given that just earlier Itachi easily defeated Orochimaru....

Orochimaru being confident that he could kill Kabuto despite being on the brink of death WITH sealed arms speaks volumes.

When you look back at the series, it’s almost wild to think that these two important characters Itachi and Jiryia only met one time in the story and had one interaction. But they were both so essential for Naruto and Sasuke stories respectively and for the leaf villages protection in general without them , the village would’ve be cooked! Still to this day I believe that Itachi was informant of Jiryia.
