His training partner deserves a motivational video all on his own...

This raw, hardcore bodybuilding. You don't see this kind of mentality and dedication nowadays.

Mortal Kombat : FINISH HIM
Dorian Yates : Hits with the Lat Spread
FATALITY

When he hit the lats ......GAMEOVER

I love this guy man. I ain't even into bodybuilding, but I still love this guy. Yates is a true alpha, not cocky, not angry, not trying to out-do anyone. Just focused and filled with self-belief and determination.

Imagine this.. you trained your whole life finally make the Olympia stage.. you in great shape you are psyched and ready but then you see Dorian Yates come through the door and you know right then n there you lost

Dorian: does the front lat-spread
Me: who turned of the light?!

Dorian is probably the scariest bodybuilder ever

I went to his gym the other day in Birmingham, he no longer owns it but the equipment is the same. When I was using the leg extension I could hear his training partner screaming at me.

Even though he was a mass-monster, he still had a pleasing, aesthetic physique...

Anybody else watch it before hitting the gym cause I do it kinda acts like a pre-workout for me

He is the reason why Levronne, Flex,Ray never won an Olympia.

Dorian is a legend of his era.

It was the combination of mass, density & dryness,  that made Dorian the ultimate game changer!

His lats are the best in bodybuilding

When Tom plat goes what the hell is this. Tells u dorian was the new breed

Other bodybuilder: I have Christmas tree on my back
Dori: I have forest of Christmas threes on my back

Dorian and Ronnie trained in real gyms

There will only ever be one Dorian Yates. Absolute legend.
