・Yuichiro Tamaki | Leader of the Democratic Party for the People
Born in Kagawa Prefecture. After graduating from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Law, he joined the Ministry of Finance (then the Ministry of Finance). He was first elected to the Democratic Party in 2009, and has served in the Democratic Party, the Party of Hope, and the former Democratic Party for the People before assuming his current position.

Tetsuya Miyazaki | Critic
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1962. Graduated from the Department of Sociology, Faculty of Letters, Keio University. His books include "Now is the Time to Re-read 'Sakyo Komatsu'" (NHK Publishing New Books), "Buddhist Debates - Questioning the Essence from 'Dependent Origination'" (Chikuma Shinsho), and "Intellectual Buddhism" (Shincho Bunko, co-authored with Goji Eiji). His recent book is Unraveling the Mystery of "The Cat Who Lived a Million Times" (Chikuma Shobo).

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture in 1998. Joined Bungei Shunju Ltd. in April 2022 and was assigned to the "Shukan Bunshun" editorial department. Moved to the "Bunshun Online" editorial department in July 2024, and to the "Bungei Shunju PLUS" editorial department in December of the same year. He is half British and half Japanese, and a fan of YMO and Denki Groove.
