the most complete midfielder England's ever had and playing at the biggest club in the world. Real's player of the year in his first season and still influences both boxes even though the club goals aren't as frequent.

He's probably the best all round midfielder we've ever had, just hopefully he keeps putting in the effort and never gets carried away with his own hype, albeit having the confidence and arrogance of knowing he is the man. If he continues, he'll be far ahead of the golden generation midfielders and wouldn't even be compared to them, he'll be compared to the world greats not England's

Personally, I prefer Bellingham. The other mids of thst era, except for Becham , used to lose the ball too much

Bellingham > Lampard/Scholes/Gerrard/Gazza/Beckham

Great bloke...

@ojos_verdes76 17 hours ago

Bellingham has already performed much better for England than any of the golden generation midfielders.

@LoneyMidnightFoxx 18 hours ago

He didnt compare Jude to the golden Gen. He said Jude is Scholes Gerrard and Lampard all rolled up in one.

@Sugarfs 15 hours ago

Bellingham is miles ahead of Gerrard Lampard Scholes Beckham and anyone from that era in an England shirt!

He's right, Bellinghams such a great all round player. There's some of Gazza to interms of carrying the ball in to the box & then scoring.

He might be the nearest thing England have had to Duncan Edwards, a player who at a similar age was getting raved about for his all round ability & for dominating games. Bellingham feels like that now, like Edwards defending & attacking, puts a shift in, can use the ball & combines all that with great balance, ball carrying & being a goal threat.

England played seriously, and showed all our best cards in this game. Croatia played the game as a friendly.
Watch the end of season burn-out from that England team ! :/

Hes better than gerrard and lampard imo

@lakhvindersingh1587 14 hours ago

They played a disgraceful croatia team. Against spain and argentina went missing. Lets not forget this era of football. Golden generation played against the best players of all time in that decade. Them midfields and teams like france, italy, brazil and spain etc. He cant even lace their boots. Come on man..

@doml9896 15 hours ago

Just wait until they unleash Jobe to play alongside him... plus Scott > Rice 😢😭 The interchange between him and Anderson make England so much more fluid😢😭😭

@Restecp27 14 hours ago

England can not win against a team that's better than them, but every time they beat a lesser team then some player gets called the GOAT. So pathetic.

@CG68810 16 hours ago

You all need to calm down. He plays well for England. He doesn't play well for Real Madrid. Which means that 9-10 months out of the year is average at best. The glaze is out of control. I will take Rice over him any day.

Making comparisons of Bellingham, a player who has won nothing so far for England , to the "Golden Generation" of players who won nothing in an England shirt..😂😂😂😂 Brilliant
