Before that, Josy cleaned family homes. In one of them, she heard from the homeowner that she was poor. In another job, at a clothing store, she went to collect the overtime they had promised her and was told she could leave because there were too many people vying for her position. She also sold perfume and bread door-to-door, cycling in the hot sun with her two-and-a-half-year-old son.

Before succeeding, she bought more than seven courses and didn't get results from any of them. Today she sells as an affiliate, earning commissions on other people's products, and as a mentor, teaching those who have never sold anything online how to make the internet a source of income using only their cell phones.

Josy argues that the perfect moment doesn't exist and that results are a matter of priority, not motivation. For her, nobody wakes up motivated every day, and what sustains a business is persistence, discipline, and the environment the person chooses to live in.
