I don’t think people realize how huge this is for the state of Iowa. We can’t go anywhere without seeing someone in Iowa gear, or hearing “go hawks” when at the gas station or grocery store. The whole state of Iowa is going to have a hard time sleeping tonight with all the adrenaline still pumping. This is amazing.

Florida not getting a shot off with that much time left is maddening. Credit to Iowa for executing down the stretch

I was starting to wonder if I’d ever live to see Iowa make the Sweet Sixteen again. Wow.

The defending champions are dethroned. What a clutch shot by Folgueiras to put Iowa in the win column

Big Ten teams have really been balling this March!

Bro, the greatest game in the biggest upset by far way to go Iowa!!!

Unlike the pressure Siena and TCU put on Duke, Iowa was tougher and played much more aggressively against Florida.
Once again, it's the teams we ignore that give the shocking surprises in March Madness.

Florida with 3 seconds left and can't get a shot off is surprising

This time last year we wondering where Madness was. Now we have corn wars in the sweet 16, and for the first time in 3 years a 1 seed misses the sweet 16.
Welcome. To. March!

Fewer things more satisfying in all sports than seeing an arena or stadium in orange and blue dejected with their hands on their heads. Happy for Iowa!
