Deeper Than the Kill Zone: Embedded on a Sabotage Mission on Foot with DIU Battalion “Bratsvo”

UNITED24

In Summer 2026, the Special Purpose Battalion “Bratsvo”, “The Brotherhood” launched a diversion and sabotage operation to stabilize their sector of the front and demoralize the enemy. We filmed this operation from the inside and embedded on a foot mission into uncharted territory to shine light on a kind of warfare that has been forgotten in the shadow of technology.

“Bratsvo” is a Christian Battalion in the “Timur Special Forces Unit” of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine. Its members are all devout Christians, which influences both their approach to life and to war. Heroes every one, their sacrifices will not be forgotten, and I don't just mean the dead but also the wounded and those who carry what they have seen and done for the rest of their life and leave a piece of themselves there. You can often see it in the eyes. It is noble sacrifice all the same. Ukraine and humanity will win. Slava Ukraini Heroyam Slava! Love from the UK.

This U24 reporter, not sure his name, but he has reported from some serious places that warfighters would be wary to go. Much respect to you, U24 reporter and thank you. And thank you to the boys defending Europe.

Phillip is by far the absolute GOAT of reporters/Journalists I’ve ever heard or seen content from. If you haven’t seen the prior ones from him with United 24, I am constantly searching for the same type of footage as he has produced especially from the one with him where his camera man hurt his back and had “punk” and a few others I sadly can not remember their 100% correct call names so instead of guessing, out of respect, I didn’t try to get it close to right by guessing because they’re completely the most heroic men I have ever seen and I am so honored to have seen such heros in action. God Bless Ukraine 🇺🇦 ❤🇺🇸

Assistir o vídeo desse repórter é como acompanhar a guerra com um colega de batalhão, a forma que ele se integra ao grupo em vários aspectos, parabéns aos envolvidos e que a vitória venha em breve. Viva os heróis

I appreciate the Ukraine soldiers following their moral and ethical compass. I am a United States Army combat officer. My perspective encompasses protecting families and their homes from both global and nationalist attacks from within. I would not exchange an enemy unless it brought back a Ukrainian and yielded a metric based indicator of eliminating the geopolitical threat as well. This is war. As a military officer it is vital to balance individual tactics with the strategy and political ramifications. Period.

amazing - the Ukrainian forces are always super and even in the worst environment they let their light shine - I like the idea that Master Jesus is with them - but it is not the point. And thank you - brave reporter - sharing with us your experience! role models once again... 💜🍀🇺🇦🌻 Crissy sends a lot of light from Germany⚜️
