The WWE deleted my video the first time.. hopefully this one stays up. Sorry y'all

"He was not lucky".... he came from a wrestling family that started his career smoothly compared to those who would never get that. He was lucky. AND he worked hard to continue his streak by being a hard worker. Everyone is lucky to some degree. It depends whether you embrace your luck or let it slip by.

He got accepted to a football program after only 2 years, he was immediately pushed forward in the WWE, and he was in the Guinness world book of records for the highest salary for a debut actor. He was accepted by every industry, he just almost failed in every industry and learned to reinvent himself. Which is equally as impressive as just sheer determination. The ability to identify what isn't working and focus on your strengths

"dwayne was pretty good at kissing ass" - CM Punk

This story is very motivating knowing he only had $7 by the age of 23. It ain’t over till it’s over

The Rock is definitely one of the hardest working folks in the Hollywood, but Black Adam proved why he shouldn't be involved in movies beyond just being one of the actors.

You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain

My friends and I ran into him at Disney years ago, he was already a major star at the time. My friends wife was pregnant and he nearly walked right into her outside of the bathrooms, he apologized, noticed she was pregnant and asked how far along she was, then he told her congrats and moved on, super nice guy.

I’m not a fan of his movies but I met him when I was a kid.  My grandma was a mall walker.  There was a gym located inside the mall.  I saw The Rock and walked right up to him like he was my friend.  He was extremely kind and probably happy when my grandma knocked on the glass to tell me to leave lol 😂

I think the fear of the instability he had during his childhood is what drives him, not necessarily ego. When you grow up in poverty, moving from place to place, like so many do, you'll do whatever it takes to survive. I think he's honestly just concerned about returning to nothing, and now he also has the burden of a production company which means he's worried about keeping the money rolling in. Despite Black Adam being an absolute trash heap, I hope he continues to find success. My earliest and fondest memories of him were in the ring, it's nice to see him still getting work (and creating work, essentially).

unreal they deleted your video. will be watching it again all the way through (again) to give you that play time

If you know pro wrestling then you are not surprised he got so big in Hollywood. He was incredible in WWF/WWE. His charisma is un-matched.

There's actually a more recent controversy regarding him and oprah, i kind of see him in a different light now.

"None of the success was handed to him."
And he literally got into the WWE because of who he was related to.

Alot of luck played in his success thats for sure, but you cannot deny that he's a very hard worker. Doesn't give up, and doesn't take things for granted. A good person all over tbh

And here we are, April 2024, 48 hours from what will arguably be the biggest match he’s done at the 40th anniversary of Wrestlemania. Capping off what has arguably been his greatest run as The Final Boss. That man is goated.

One thing I noted was he was working hard WAY before he reached success and refused to let failure define him. Instead he kept learning and kept growing.

It's a shame 'The Rundown' was a flop. In the UK it's called 'Welcome to the Jungle' and in my opinion it's one of the best films The Rock has acted in.

GONNA WATCH X2 OVER FOR RETENTION TIME.

Thank you for making the proper research when it came to wrestling, with the right terminology, and all that. Other people wouldn’t go the extra mile, but you did,and did good research making sure to understand wrestling.
