Here is the final installment of my Christmas trip from Kansas to Key West. I enter Florida near Bascom in the panhandle then venture east through Chattahoochee and Gainesville to Perry for the night. The next day I explore around the Gulf of Mexico side and then head over to the Atlantic Ocean side working my way down to Fort Lauderdale. My final day is picking up my family at the airport and heading all the way down to Key West! It was fun to document this behind-the-scenes stuff - hope you enjoyed it too!

I can't believe I haven't watched this video yet. I have family that lives in the middle of nowhere about 30 miles west of Perry and I'm at their house often visiting. They will travel over an hour round trip to a bakery in Perry called Johnson's just for their glazed donuts. I've been there a few times and it's always packed. They sell out of donuts every single day, so you need to get there before noon for them. I love donuts as much as the next person (as long as it's not Homer Simpson), but I'm not driving 90 minutes or so total and standing in a long line for donuts. They are really good though!

When I was 14, I lived with my mom and her husband in Fort Scott, Kansas, and then we lived in Atchison, Kansas close to the home of the Chiefs… go Bucs & Bills!!!

Hey Coach. Heavy traffic is just a fact of life here on Long Island, so I empathize as re: the rubber necking delay around the 15;:30 mark. The 7 mile bridge is a unique motoring experience. Thanks for the hard work put forth in making this video.Be well.

Another great video dear. Gosh that motel was confusing. I agree, I hate high traffic areas. Too much can happen quickly. When I'm passing an accident area I watch the looky loos, they can cause more accidents. Of course I'm praying for the folks in the accident. You covered some nice towns, great scenery and of course great drone shots. So glad you got to spend time with family, I enjoyed the videos with them. Stay safe dear and GOD bless

I really enjoyed the video where you went to Horseshoe Beach and Key West. I didn't know Key West had so many interesting things to see. Our nearest neighbors are Amish, and they don't change their clocks during daylight savings time so if I make an appointment to take them somewhere I have to remember to ask what clock we are on. 😄 Thank you for all the interesting videos.

I HAVE WANDERED SEVERAL OF THESE ROADS, INCLUDING THE A-1-A!!
NEVER MADE IT TO KEY WEST, BUT WANTED TO SEE WHAT REMAINS OF THE RAILROAD ROUTE!
ENJOYED!!
