Brandon and Jia Ning’s wedding was a journey that unfolded over multiple days, and multiple emotions.

From their ROM to a sacred church ceremony at St Andrew’s Cathedral, to an unforgettable evening celebration at Conrad Singapore, this was a story of quiet commitment, deep family bonds, and finally, a night that erupted into pure joy.

What made this film especially meaningful to me was not just the contrast between solemn vows and a wildly joyful party, but the history behind it. Years ago, I had the honour of filming Jia Ning’s sister JJ’s wedding. To be invited back again, to document another chapter in the same family, is something I don’t take lightly.

This film was crafted in a documentary approach, shaped by real voices, unscripted moments, and the small in-between details that often say the most.
