One of the interesting things about making bread yourself is you can alter the recipe for your particular taste in other words you can add more yeast and salt or less yeast and salt. I got a dab-hand making bread a long time ago I did cheat and I got the recipe from a program called food and drink with Chris Kelly and yes I've still got the video tape

I love this ....but some nowadays would have fits seeing this....  no gloves, no hairnets and unwrapped loaves being delivered in a truck.
